Our Services

A Structured Approach to Accessing Support.

JDMR Group guides families through California's special needs support system using a coordinated 6-program framework. Most families only discover part of what's available to them. Our approach is designed to make sure nothing is left on the table.

JDMR Group offers two ways to engage — both begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation.

Clarity Roadmap — $1,200

The starting point for every family.

Before committing to anything, you need to know exactly where you stand and what's available. The Clarity Roadmap gives you a complete picture — a personalized assessment of every applicable program, a clear priority sequence, and a plain-language guide to what comes next.

What's included:

  • Full intake assessment of your family's current enrollment status and gaps
  • Personalized written roadmap across all qualifying California support programs
  • Priority sequencing — what to do first and why
  • 60-minute debrief call to walk through findings together

This is the one service we publish a price for — because we believe every family deserves clarity before they commit to anything else.

Schedule Your Consultation

Program Navigation

Guided implementation, one program at a time — or all of them.

Once you have your roadmap, Program Navigation is how you act on it. We guide your family through enrollment in one or more support programs — handling the strategy, preparation, and coordination so you don't have to manage it alone.

Multi-Program Pricing (Custom Proposal):

Families navigating multiple programs receive a volume discount — the more programs, the greater the savings. All pricing is proposal-based and determined during your consultation.

Independent Facilitator Services — SDP Families

For families entering or already in the Self-Determination Program, JDMR Group provides Independent Facilitator (IF) services — guiding the development of a person-centered plan, coordinating Financial Management Services setup, and supporting plan activation. IF services are available standalone or alongside any Program Navigation engagement.

The programs are real.
Access to them is not automatic.

California has built one of the most comprehensive support systems in the country for families with special needs children. Most of it goes unclaimed — not because families don't qualify, but because no one showed them the path.

6
Core Programs
SSI, Medi-Cal, Regional Center, IHSS, CCS, and SDP — each building on the last. The order matters as much as the programs themselves.
12+
Years Experience
Over a decade of real-world experience navigating California's benefit systems — built in the field, not from a textbook.
20+
Families Enrolled
Families guided through enrollment across all six core programs — each with a customized plan built around their child's diagnosis and goals.
$1M+
in Enrolled Services
The cumulative value of benefits accessed by JDMR families — services that existed before they called us, but weren't reaching them.

Every Family's Path Looks Different.

That's exactly why we start with a conversation, not a checklist. A complimentary 30-minute consultation is the fastest way to understand where you are, what programs apply to your family, and what steps make the most sense next.
